What does it take to host a party?

I am often asked by people what it takes to host a party. It is extremely easy I promise!!!!

A party can be either a basket party or a home party. There are pros to both so I will discuss them separately.

Basket Parties:
1. Good for people who don't have time for a full party, or are familiar with the product and just want to earn some free stuff.
2. I supply the basket
        a. scent samples- not very many usually a group like favorites, tropical etc
        b. Catalogs and order forms- people can also directly order through your party on the website
        c. possibly some samples of other products- depends on what I have on hand and what type of
location you will be taking the basket to. You don't want a bunch of little things if it is in a
location where you can't watch it.
3. you take the basket with you to your work or have friends come to your home or leave it out at your BBQ etc. Collect orders and money from your friends
4. We meet up, find out how much your party made and decide what you get for FREE!

Home Parties:
1. These are good if you (or your friends) are not familiar with scentsy, or in a new season
2. I bring several warmers, all 80+ scents, scentsy buddies and samples galore to your house or designated location
3. you invite all your friends and provide a few light refreshments
4. I show off all the products and do all the work while you relax with your friends
5. At the end of the show you can either gather outside orders or we can wrap up the order right then.
6. Then we order your FREE stuff!!!!!

For both parties I typically have things delivered to me and sometimes I bring things right to the customer or drop it all off to the hostess depends on what you and your friends are most comfortable with.

It is seriously that easy! :)
